Do you Accept Return items?
Yes. Items purchased from the style row can be returned for exchange (or refunded) if requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
What Conditions are Acceptable for Returns?
If you wish to return an item(s):
You must request AND exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please send a photo of the return postage receipt as proof of shipping.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Items returned without the tag attached in its original condition will not be accepted.
We cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume.
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
How Long will it take to Receive my Exchange after I Shipped my Return?
The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the exchange back to you. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.
We recommend that you contact our customer service team to get step-by-step instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed. If you would prefer a credit note then you are eligible to use this at your own discretion.
